#Player is offline or overdue

  1. 1
Check whether this event, temporary setup or permanent installation should currently be powered and connected.
  2. 2
Open the player and compare its most recent activity times.
  3. 3
Use a lightweight status or ping check if available.
  4. 4
Compare with other players on the same venue network or installation.
  5. 5
Escalate with the player label, location and timestamps if it remains unexpected.
Topic 3 of 12

#Player is missing from the list

  1. 1
Clear the search box and every status, tag or group filter.
  2. 2
    Refresh the list once.
  3. 3
Search using one known label or approved identifier.
  4. 4
Check whether the player was renamed, removed or prepared under a different event tag.
  5. 5
If it is still missing, confirm whether it was ever added to this BrightBridge instance.
Topic 4 of 12

#Release succeeded but playback did not change

  1. 1
Confirm the player was included in the final target list.
  2. 2
Check for fresh activity after the release time.
  3. 3
Confirm the expected presentation is associated with the player.
  4. 4
Use a snapshot or Liveview to compare visible output.
  5. 5
Investigate only the affected targets instead of repeating the full release.
Topic 5 of 12

#Upload fails or preview is blocked

  • Confirm the upload is complete published output.
  • Read the exact upload or validation message.
  • Check for a platform storage warning.
  • Verify every selected player has the required basic information.
  • Correct the identified condition, then run a fresh preview.

#Run Dry Run or Deploy is disabled

A disabled Deploy button is usually protecting an incomplete or stale plan. Find the missing requirement instead of trying to bypass the control.

Topic 7 of 12

#Dry run shows a warning you do not understand

  1. 1
    Do not deploy yet.
  2. 2
Read the affected player and the full warning text.
  3. 3
Open technical details only if the friendly explanation is not enough.
  4. 4
Check the presentation, player model, rewrite options, variables and overwrite acknowledgement named by the warning.
  5. 5
Correct the understood cause and run a fresh dry run.
  6. 6
If the warning remains unexplained, capture safe context and ask the platform owner.
Topic 8 of 12

#Deployment is partial, slow or appears stuck

  1. 1
Keep the page open while the job still says running.
  2. 2
Read the per-player results; separate finished targets from pending or failed targets.
  3. 3
Check recent activity for the affected players.
  4. 4
Do not repeat the release to successful players.
  5. 5
After the job reaches a final state, correct the cause and create a new targeted dry run for only the exceptions.
Topic 9 of 12

#Remote tool or Liveview fails

  1. 1
Confirm the player has recent activity.
  2. 2
    Try a lightweight status refresh.
  3. 3
If video fails, try a snapshot to separate visual streaming from general reachability.
  4. 4
Close any abandoned session and start one fresh session.
  5. 5
Escalate with the player label, tool, time and visible state message.
Topic 10 of 12

#Player-specific value is wrong

  1. 1
Confirm the value shown for the intended player in BrightBridge.
  2. 2
Check whether BrightBridge is meant to keep that value managed.
  3. 3
Review the most recent content release preview.
  4. 4
Run a targeted release only when a corrected value is approved.
  5. 5
Visually verify the result after collection.
Topic 11 of 12

#Multiview is blank, slow or only partly working

  1. 1
Read the selected and running counts.
  2. 2
Check whether the affected tile is Empty, Clock, Fleet Health or a player source.
  3. 3
Start one affected tile instead of restarting the whole grid.
  4. 4
Open that player separately and try status or snapshot.
  5. 5
Reduce active Liveviews, grid size or stream quality if the whole layout is struggling.
  6. 6
Stop unused views when the check is complete.
