#Use complete published output

BrightBridge expects the complete output created by the approved publishing workflow, not an authoring project file or a hand-picked subset of assets.

Confirm the new item says it is ready before selecting it for a release.

You are finished when the approved presentation appears in the library with a ready state.

Uploading content does not put it on a player. Deployment is a separate task.

  1. 1
    Open the presentation upload area.
  2. 2
Choose the approved published folder or supported archive.
  3. 3
Give it a clear library name if prompted.
  4. 4
Start the upload once and keep the page open until finalisation completes.
  5. 5
Confirm the new item appears as ready in the library.

Topic 4 of 5

#Rename or remove an item

  • Rename only to improve identification; do not hide the release version.
  • Removing a library item does not necessarily change content already active on players.
  • Do not remove an item that is part of an open change, rollback plan or investigation.
  • Platform utility items may be protected from normal rename or removal actions.
Topic 5 of 5

Check that the connection remained stable and the browser was not closed.
  4. 4
Check the Dashboard for a storage warning.
  5. 5
Retry once after correcting the identified issue; otherwise escalate.
